Bob & Shoshanna Finegan

Senior Pastors

Pastor Bob Finegan was born and raised in Jonesville, Michigan and his roots are here in Hillsdale County. Prior to becoming a pastor he has worked as a farmer, in the local foundry and has served as an EMS/Firefighter.

Miss Shoshanna Finegan is also a native of Hillsdale County. She is a Registered Nurse and continues to work part-time for the local hospital in addition to her worship and administrative responsibilites here at Hillsdale City Church.

They are the parents of a blended family of five children, 2 boys and 3 girls, who are themselves adults making their way in this world. The children have blessed them with several grandchildren and they look forward to the continue growth of their family.

In 2005 Pastor Bob and Miss Shoshanna sensed the call of God upon their lives packing up and moving to Broken Arrow, OK where they attended Rhema Bible College. Pastor Bob graduated from the Pastoral Ministry group in 2008 while Miss Shoshanna graduated from the School of Worship. The summer following graduation they once again sensed the leading of God which resulted in their return to Hillsdale and in 2009 they were put in place as the Senior Pastors of Hillsdale City Church.

When asked about  serving at Hillsdale City Church, Pastor Bob stated, "I really enjoy serving the people of Hillsdale County and just seeing what God is accomplishing here on a daily basis."

Estill and Celestia Sizemore

Youth Pastors

Estill Sizemore all though not a Hillsdale native was raised in neighboring Calhoun County where he attended Homer High School. Estill is a long time employee of Walmart as well as managing his ministry responsibilities.

Miss Celeste Sizemore has her roots in Hillsdale as well. Along with her ministry and mother responsibilites, she holds a part-time position at the Greyfield Bed & Breakfast.

Estill and Celeste met in 1996 and were married in 1997. For the first few years of there lives Estill's job with Walmart took them to several locations but by 1999 they chose to settle down, return to the Hillsdale area and begin their family. Estill and Celeste are the parents of four children.

Church involvement had always been a part of Estill and Celeste's life style serving mainly in the nursery and children's classes, but in 2003 the Lord called them to Oklahoma where they attended Rhema Bible College. They both graduated with a Pastoral degree and this training is the basis of their work with the youth of Hillsdale County.

Estill and Celeste say that the key that drives their ministry is their belief in the potential of all young people. They are dedicated to training as many as will to walk in the authority of the Word of God.
